Because of the pig farming exploit and other kinds of mass farming exploits that players took advantage of for a load of Legendary Resins like Dreugh Wax, I've noticed that you've massively reduced the chances of getting any from your Hirelings in the mail, so you'll probably keep it like this for a few months so that the stocks of Legendary materials sink and then up the chances again, or provide some other solution.
It's quite unfair to be honest, not everyone joined in and took advantage of it. I've not had a single Dreugh Wax from my Hirelings in probably over a month now. I upgraded 6/7 of my gear to legendary a week or so after Imperial City was released and had about 1 wax left, so I thought no problem, I'll be able to upgrade my last item to legendary in a little while, well.. a month has gone by and I've only got 2 in the bank, despite collecting my hirelings mail every day...
I know I could buy some more but I'm in no desperate need to upgrade my last piece.

✭Actually, nerfing hirelings started back in 1.2 due to so many people exploiting the hireling system for gold, not because of people overfarming mats from given locations in the game. The reduction in legendary mats chances was further reduced in 1.6, so if you have been getting them on a regular basis since then, but are only now seeing that you are not - then count yourself lucky with RNG.

People would spend points only in hirelings, log out, log back in, and get there materials.
