WGT / IP - Drop Rate and Trait Woes (Suggestion)

Anyone that routinely runs WGT and IP knows the drop rates for sets are abysmal. The chests are a novel idea but I'm about to open my 7th from WGT (on console) and have yet to receive a single piece that I'm looking for. If the drop rates are going to stay the same (I'm not opposed to farming) then I'd love to see the addition of a master armorer or rare trait setting stone that would allow players to change the trait of a dropped item. I have around 45 WGT runs and have yet to complete a set (any set) and of the 4 Overwhelming pieces I have (the set I'm going for) not a single one has a decent trait on them.

With the Julianos set coming out, one can make the argument that there's no point really. I can put whatever traits I want it and the effort is much much less.

If the addition of trait re-rolls via some rare item or a NPC isn't a viable option, how about just removing traits that everyone knows no one wants? There's no reason a piece of Overwhelming Surge should drop with well-fitted. I'd rather have the first option to keep one-off builds around but I doubt many would complain if all WGT / IC armor had either Infused or Divines on them.

They know all of this, the low drop rate and the crap traits are there for a reason...to give you something to do till they release the next DLC...it was made this way on purpose, because they wanted you to be occupied...

I know this is intended but WHY are we getting new sets in new content so fast? I did many runs and i get potato for that so next level dungeons with next level potato drops no thank you, enjoy...

I don't mind new sets, I'm a bit put off by the addition of a new set that's clearly better (Julianos). The new sets should have been lateral options when compared to IC dungeon set drops. Either way, I don't want to dwell on the issue really but rather the solution and a discussion about the option / addition of trait re-spec'ing via either a rare trait stone gained from "x" number of dungeon clears or some master armorer NPC.

They are increasing the drops in IC dungeon sets to ROUGHLY about 30% once orsinium hits.

I really wish someone at zos would realize that just increasing the drop rate and getting more crap items isn't the answer. Sure you have a chance at what you want, but I'd rather want to run the dungeons because we are excited about the drops. The useless traits should be changed to something that makes us really think about out sets and build, just like skills. Then it would feel like such a slap in the face when you get a certain trait, we'd still be excited to go on runs. If train
Nino was something like your abilities are .5% more powerful, or we'll fitted reduces the cost of abilities by 1%. Zos needs to learn tat endless grinds will drive players away and good options for traits keep us happy and still allow us the option to keep working for what we really want without feeling abused.
