I think that mails from players with attachments get returned to their original sender after 30 days.

I got two replies from the Customer Support. One contains this info:

"The Inbox mails will expire 30 days after they were received. Unopened mails containing items will be returned to the senders after a few days. There is no maximum number of Inbox mails, however the mail box will reject mails from other players if 74 or more messages are stored - system mails will never be rejected. If less than 74 mails are stores and you are still seeing your mail disappear, please let me know."

So when the mail was opened already but still contains items, it does get deleted.. that's not good. But this doesn't happen too often on my end. The bigger issue is that ALL non-system mails are getting deleted after 3 days instead of 30. This bug exists since update... 4? 5? Or 6? Anyways, it's been like this for a long time now.

This is a bad thing especially when a guild sends a mail with details for a certain event that takes place in a week or later; by that time, the mail is long gone and I can't check for the details anymore. No, screenshots won't resolve the issue, I need it IN-game.
I also don't want any personal mails getting deleted either after 3 days already.

Btw, I don't have any addon installed that could cause the mails to get deleted, so that's not the problem.

Could someone please look into this?
