If you cure yourself with skills in the skill line will they go away?

Nope, you need to respec before you cure to get the skill points back

From what I understood you asked what will happen to Skill Points invested in Vampire skill line once you cure yourself.

The progression will be saved (once you regain Vampirism, you don't need to level your skills again)
To actually get the Skill Points back, you'll need to do a full Skill Reset (doesn't matter if you still have Vampirism Skill Tree or not).

It's easy to fix though.. Just get bit, redo the quest line, gain your skill line back (Which will still have all your skill points allocated as they were before), then go respec and then cure a second time..

actually I heard if you do the full reset when you are already cured you won't get the skill points you put into it back until you are reinfected :'(
