✭✭✭✭Ahhh ... there is an arena in the Imperial City that fits your description. If you can get inside it 4 bosses spawn about every 10 minutes and drop a chest. Also a few places like Sanctum Ophidium in Craglorn are kinda like this but you better have a half dozen friends around minimum. The IC arena usually has 10 or 20 people in it all all times making it an easy grind.0 -
