Has anybody else noticed that it will completely bug out sometimes and kill you when you're about 30-50% health, instead of when you actually die? and then when you come back to life, you lose the remaining health you had when you... "died" ? 
Tempted to not even bother going for (5) set bonuses anymore. ^^
