I mean in general since from the beginning until the latest events in skyrim which was the biggest war that happened in Tamriel? I think it was the one where the elves used the Aldmeri Dominion to conquer the imperial city and then the other races singed a song or something and the war stopped thats what i remember from the loading screen tip lol.

The Dragon War for me has always felt like the most epic of wars. Dragons fighting Dragons, Nords fighting Dragons and Dragon Cultist shenanigans. If I'm not mixing timelines up, sounds pretty epic to me!
Although queuing for a Campaign in ESO can be quite an epic battle of mental endurance. It's up there.

This is a really tough one to answer, as it's highly uncommon for any sources to actually talk about the numbers involved, and none of the sources are entirely reliable in any case (some being prone to exaggeration, some being based on incomplete information, etc). Things get especially fuzzy when talking about events that happened back in the merethic and dawn eras, as there are far fewer sources and it's much harder to tell to what degree any sources are being allegorical.

My bet would be that @dwemer_paleologist has it right, and the largest individual battle in the history of Tamriel was most likely the Battle of Red Mountain. The war leading up to it is also a contender for the largest war, but to me there are also several others that could easily have been as large. I doubt that any other individual battle was as large, though.

I think, Auri-El and the Aldmer vs Lorkhan and the humans was the biggest battle so far and the most important definately.

Between states/provinces? Sure the Great War between the Empire and the Dominion. There also the greatest battle - battle of the Red Ring. In general? During the oblivion crisis gates opened all over Tamriel.

Well it depends on your definition of big. The Dragon war was big because it was man VS beast in a epic clash to decide not only the fate of man but really Tamerial because of Alduin being that big of a arse after all and there's the "Great War" when the naz... erm mean the Thalmor of the Alttmeri Dominion Invading and sacked the Imperial city and took it over banning the worship of Talos.

The warp in the West maybe ?

The warp in the west wasn't a war it was the name of the climax of TES2: Daggerfall. Long story short Bethesda wanted a game that cold have multiple endings wail also still being cannon no matter what ending you choose. As the lore goes for it it's simple " out of no where a giant cloud formed over the provinces of Hammerfell and High Rock and as if magic peace setteld between the 2 and to this date no one knows why." So game wise game with multiple endings that are cannon lore wise it was the Dragon Break Theory.

The Oblivion Crisis might seem downplayed due to gameplay in Oblivion but I think that's a very big contender for a general threat/destruction potential/world war, 'cause those gates were opening up all over Tamriel, if not all of Nirn, not just Cyrodiil. The Champion of Cyrodiil might be able to take down gates with relative ease but if those hordes of Daedra came out of the gates simultaneously, and there were gates placed outside of every major city in Tamriel, the entire continent could have been wiped out fairly easily unless everyone around the world were competent and skilled enough to close them on their own.

Although Black Marsh dealt with their own gates fairly well, so well in fact the daedra themselves had to close them down because the Argonians were invading -them- and not the other way around.

Not even Daedra can invade Black Marsh via direct portals within the place itself.

Red Mountain. An entire race disappeared minus one guy who was in oblivion, The tribunal was born, and the Chimer were cursed into becoming Dark elves

I wouldn't necessarily classify the Oblivion Crisis as either a battle or a war. It was more akin to a disaster. Each locale had to deal with the disaster as best they could using what they had available, with relatively little coordination or even communication between the different parts of the Empire.

Also, an interesting point about the Oblivion Crisis that a lot of people don't seem to realize: it led directly to the Thalmor's domination of Aldmeri politics, and it was the direct cause of the Empire being sufficiently weakened for the AD's (originally very limited in scope) invasion of mainland Tamriel to succeed beyond their wildest dreams, and encourage them to engage in an all-out war. The Oblivion Crisis is the direct cause of the Empire's defeat at the hands of the elves, and the subsequent signing of the White-gold Concordant.

I'd say the war of the Singers. Emperor Hira vs the Ansei. If the numbers aren't an exaggeration over 300,000 died over the course of seven battles.

Edit: Actually the 300,000 died during the last battle at Hattu
