Okay, you'll have to convince me that MMOs do not need previous saves, though. Frankly, I don't see why not. If your answer is "because it's how things have always been in mmos", do not bother posting.gclifton58ub17_ESO wrote: »Ummm.. This an MMO, not a single player game. Ah yes, I had noticed this too... (sigh)You want an appearance save when we can't even get them to add a 'saved system setting' across characters. Nothing like having to remember all your system settings, keybindings, etc. for every new character when this should be a simple feature for them to add- most MMOs that I know have this.

@anitajoneb17_ESO
You must not have read the entire thread, the OP was asking for a 'save appearance' setting in the character creator, NOT a 'game save' feature.

Perhaps the OP will pop in again and clarify for us as to whether she was, in fact, solely talking character creation saves, or if she was asking for 'game saves'.

This game would be gorgeous if our characters were not treated like they didn't exist; if they were treated like persons, not like "toons". If they could rent a bed in an inn where they could have a good meal and then sleep until the next morning. I bet there is no inns, or usable beds, or usable seats, in this game; am I right?

Ah, thank you for the explanation; now I understand. So, we definitely need "Player Character saves" so that we don't need to recreate our favourite character each time we want to begin a new game.... We don't have "previous saves" because the world is an ongoing evolving world and it continues around you, being able to load a previous save would effect every other player in the game, basically you can't have a previous save because there is nothing for you to save. ...

- we cannot load previous saves,
- if we want to go back to the beginning, we must completely re-create our character.
I had spent hours creating my first character, I wanted to go back to the beginning with that character but, no, it's not possible. Did I spend hours re-creating it? No. I just took that first that came on the screen and changed her hair style and colour, eye colour, atonements, etc.
I'm not happy with that.
Edit: actually, I'm furious.

I think the OP is just having trouble expressing what he/she is asking for. A barber shop
