I can't switch back to being seen online. I'm greyed out. Shows that my location is a place I was in yesterday.
On my XBOX profile I've chosen to be show online. In game in the guild menu, I've chosen to be seen online. I'm offline according to the in game guild rosters.

I've been perman-hidden since the IC patch.
I sent through every selection on the drop down menu. I'm hidden on the guild roster. I'm not supposed to be hidden from anyone one XBOX Live either. I checked my privacy settings.0 -
D-RanSoul ShrivenSame problem here. Since ic patch I can't show as online in guild rosters. Doesn't matter if I show online or off in live settings. Whenever I log into eso my guild roster shows me as greyed out no matter what I choose in the drop down option box (which always starts up as saying online no matter what I set it to when logging off). Please fix this or at least let us know that you're aware of the issue and give updates as to progress on fixing it.0 -
I'm experiencing the same issue. I put a ticket in and after several responses telling me to delete my save data, which didn't work, I was informed it was a known issue and they were working on a fix. Apparently if you logged off as "offline" or "do not disturb" before downloading the new content you are stuck permanently offline.0 -

Acknowledgement would be great. I wonder if they're even working on it or if they just don't care. I'm tired of my guilds thinking I'm always offline.0

Pazz_✭✭✭I have the opposite issue. I've never been able to appear offline/busy/do not disturb/anything BUT online.
I can select the options, but I'm always left being shown as online

Been going back and forth with customer service. Nothing on my side can fix this. One of the responses did mention they had kicked up my report up the chain. Kept trying stuff on my end.
Gonna be some time. Let's cross our fingers for the Orsinium update.
