4th Month in a row that I have to chase my crowns. Every time you update the game you add more issues that you fix so I really shouldn't be surprised that your account / subscription system doesn't work either.

I assume you don't want people to give you money?

    This is also the fourth month for me but they do usually get back to me since I phoned them to get it sorted. I usually get the crowns around 48 hours after I send the email now.

    They do sort it out they just need a little time and the right information.

    They've had all the info they need for over 48 hours now so I'm hoping they get back to me and sort it soon. Or at least get back to me and confirm that they are sorting it.

    They did say on ESO live a couple of weeks ago that it is a major issue and they are trying to work out why it has been happening so other than giving you your crowns they are trying to find the root of the problem with the console companies so it can eventually stop happening.

    If you don't hear from them I would call them and the person on the phone can make sure it gets escalated properly and get it worked on faster. Unfortunately the email service gets a lot of emails and they feel like they take forever

    I'm going to cancel after this month I think. maybe if they fix it later down the line I will sign up again.

    HA. It took them 3 days to reply to me and all they did was ask me to send them an image to prove my purchase, even though I included it in my original support request.

    they're about as good at providing support as they are at fixing bugs in their game.
