Mount Movement speed???

Is mount movement speed capped at 60 or can it go higher, I have a ward of cyrodiil set that increases it by 15% but am already at 60 movement now. Just wondering if I can get 75 mount movement or not

Yeah it should stack. Kind of like using rapid maneuver.

It's capped at +60 for the permanent upgrades (note that the +60 from riding skill upgrades actually puts your horse speed at +75%, as the base for a mount without any upgrades is +15%), but sets and skills can increase it beyond that temporarily (and when I say temporarily I mean while you're using them).
