when do i get my stuff i payed for??????

so i payed $80.00 for eso on xbox one but have none of the stuff i payed for nothing from the explorer's pack or the imperial edition bonus... how long must i wait????

Initially thru Support in-game which issues a customer service ticket and email response. Reply to that email with a more detailed, but to-the-point, explanation of your issue, and take it from there.
