Hi. I'm back again after a few months, only to find that all of my skills are reset. I accidently put skill points into the wrong skill, and wanted to withdraw some gold from my bank to reset it once again. But that option is greyed out(?!). Why? I need my bank account now.

✭The new system is weird, it is not press a button to deposit or withdraw gold you must scroll to the very top of the menu and select deposit gold.try depositing one gold and see if that helps if not send a ticket and request they respond.PS4 NA

Belidos✭✭✭✭✭if you are on PC... The button isn't greyed because you can't use it, it's greyed because your cursor is focused on the number entry box, if you click outside that box the button should light up again, you should be able to click it even if it's greyed too.0
