Reward for eso plus..

Hello I play on ps4 and I Pay 4 month eso plus but now i stop because I dont get any reward; /,..On PC version people get pet afer 3 month sub.. etc.Can someone answer? Thanks ..

Sounds like the good old crowns bug where you have to try and get in contact with ZOS, but I'm not sure exactly how you'd go about with that, sorry.

10% exp and same amount of crowns you would normally purcase with money?

Do they still do sub rewards like that? I thought that wasn't a thing anymore but don't quote me on that.

Edit: Im referring to loyalty pets btw

Loyalty rewards were discontinued when Tamriel Unlimited launched, and have never been part of ESO Plus. But ESO Plus should still give you 1500 Crowns per month, and 10% bonus to gold, XP, research time, and inspiration, as well as access to all DLC areas.
