This Guy health did reach Cero several times!!! after that "The target is Immune" message appears at the upper right corner (it is not Phoenix, please see the video before any comment.

But the saddest thing of all, was Zenimax response to this Exploit
“I’m sorry to read that you are experiencing this issue in the game. I can totally understand your frustration but the Support team assists players with in-game issues such as problematic quests, lost items, and harassment from other players”

So, Zenimax. What are we supposed to do, just let this kind of Immortal Players to do whatever they want to, while we can’t even report them?

2 guys playing from 2 different countries, with different ISP, Router, PC, Everything, and both saw the same. It was an exploit.

Coincidentally, those are often the ones seen in-game using highly suspect "game mechanics" ...

Sadly very true.

Tbh any multiplayer game involving humans is gonna suffer from some form of hacking/exploiting, doesnt matter what genre it is, whether its Battefield4 or ESO, hackers will hack, cos they are too noobish to put the time in to get legitimately good.

Sad sad sad people.

But on the other side of the equation because many games have rampant hacking, then you get the proverbial `oh I died, you must hack, cos no one is better than me` crying and hackusations, with people jumping on the bandwagon and have no idea what properly constitutes a `hack` where it could be their net, their rig, lag compensation etc etc etc.

In other games many have accused myself of hacking just cos I pwned them, or in ESO language, they got #rekt, some personal favs about whining as they seen it on kill cam, yet playing on a hardcore server with no killcam enabled, and good players get hackusations all the time from people who simply dont know better, or report you for hacking just cos they died.

You need a middle ground while gaming online, doesnt matter what genre.

Just my 50 pence..:{P

A combination of griefing by not letting you leave and exploiting. This guy definitely needs a ban. The sad part is that you will likely get in more trouble than the guy in the video.

It's not cheating, it's called phoenix set bug that was fixed but was never really fixed. If you guys had noticed that he was wearing the phoenix set and if you had tried this set, you would have known. This guy is just using a set that is bugged - no macro cheating or any other conspiracy going on. We cannot know if the guy is aware of the bug or not so we cannot say if he is guilty. But for sure, the bug is ZOS' fault. /thread

TL;DR ZOS fix your game (and the phoenix set - see video above. Clearly bugged).

YUP. TOOK video of it made a ticket with the in game system. then logged into my support account to attach the video .

sucks that when you make a ticket through the console it just automatically gets closed instead of staying open or anything.

We did it, and Zenimax Answer was

We are playing PC / America Server, but we will create another Ticket, maybe the new designed person could be more diligent. Ill let you know their responses.

I've fought a guy who did that carp too in IC.lol I was like wtf! But I ended up killing him in the long run,after I kited like crazy and a little run and hide go seek deal.but still it's ridiculous.

Please Note: Not all Phoenix sets are bugged like this.. but yes.. That is a bugged set.. My Templar Healer wears the Phoenix set.. and it works as intended.. Get to 0 health, turn into 'statue', explode for XX damage, and then heal for XX damage.. but then there is a Cooldown of 10 minutes before the 'statue/explode/heal' effect will trigger again.. But, I have seen it happen myself, and a guildie and I tested it out, both of us wearing identical sets, opposing factions, and Mine would work properly, his would bug out in the same way as in the video. so all I ask is that ZOS doesnt attempt to 'fix' the bug in some sets, and break the sets that are working.. I love my Phoenix set on my Templar healer.. has saved a few group wipes in vet dungeons..

I'm sure the devs, who of course are on top of things these days like never before, will have this fixed in no time. Just like they fixed the long load screens, falling through the ground bug and all the other things!

Atleast you havn't ran into the "real" exploiters yet. that will kill your spirit. aka 98% damage mitigation, 1000% movment speed, and Hard CC's you cannot break while they just walk up to you and light attack you to death.

The guy is taking normal dmg so thats good and he is using Phoenix Set so the invincibility is related to the set,but on NA there also some "very super uber skilled players" using some combos that allows them to reach like 98% dmg mitigation and do lot of dmg while basically taking almost 0 but thats another story.

If you are DC, I wouldn't be surprised if EP toons that use the crafting tables only get the bugged versions (similar to how in last patch EP seige merchants sold oils for less AP but other factions had full price.)

Happening on Xbox to, not sure if I can put a video up because of the rules. He was also a templar so I am not sure if it's something to do with the Phoenix set and a specific templar skill as all 3 different players we have seen doing this in videos are templars

The zero-health-but-doesn't-die thing has been addressed by other posters as a bug with the Phoenix set.

As for the "Target is immune" messages, bear in mind that whenever your target is affected by CC, they gain immunity to CC for a period of time (at least, from skills that aren't broken and properly respect CC immunity -- Wrecking Blow, at the moment, falls outside of these). Otherwise, you could be stun locked by players until your health bottoms out. It's not always easy to discern just what CC has hit them to grant them immunity.
