I can't log into the game on my new connection

Recently moved t uni, i can't get past loading when i try to log in here? Is it something to do with the uni connection or such. Looking for advice on how i can resolve this.

Also on the router be sure ports are not blocked.
Other thing new connection do take a day to populate from provider.
