Not sure if the dates have changed for recieving crowns as eso plus membership or not, but it seems im not getting them this time so far. Have never had an issue with them or using them in store so figured I should chyme in. From what I've glanced this is more often a problem for xboxers or peeps that have had issues since launch.
How long should I hang in there before considering they may not be coming? Lol
I don't want to cause hassle if its common for people to get them a few days later. I'm only couple days into the new months membership
