Do you know if the Draugr's Heritage set now drops in vet 16?
I am not sure which boss drops it as I haven't farmed for it personally. I have a non-forum using friend that's loves the set and they would be thrilled if it were available in something stronger than vet 10. The general dropped set are so much work to obtain that ZOS should keep the drops updated to the current level cap.

✭I can now confirm, there is a v16 Dylora's Staff. I've just seen one in a guild store. Wish, they had added a sixth piece of that set, though. You can't use another secondary weapon, if you don't want to lose the 5 pieces bonus.Edited by Arkadius on September 22, 2015 3:40PM1 -

Beesting✭✭✭✭The lich set is a nice set for a small number of specialized pvp builds.
In pve i never run out of magica since i started using elemental drain on my destro staff main bar
Spellpower is the way to go. I like using the nerenieth set from vet coh as well
In pvp i use the phoenix set , it has saved my life and telvar stones a few times now, combined with elusive mist and clouding swarm
I dont see how extra magica regen would help me survive a blue zerg , even a tank with 50 k health will be killed if outnumbered
Where before as a dk having unlimited magica would help a lot to spam reflective scales and green dragon blood, after the countless nerfs, these days it is all about spellpower and mobility

after 5 dolmens I got a Staf of Zymel Hriz, Draugr's Heritage set... was Vet 10

Time to power level and start farming for it.
This set looks great for overall sustain. You could probably run food with this set. You will take a bit on damage but i think it's worth.

Schemering✭✭✭I use this set v10 combined with a warlock v12 set; endless breath of life spamming. Its nice there is v16 but because of the 5 set bonus from both warlock and lich there is no real need to get v16 parts; would be nice to have staffs at v16 though.
The set is useless for pve dps but great for pve healing and it looks nice too. And it helped me healing all v12 dungeons and coa vet 14 from v1 on. I have a complete level 40 set now besides v1-v10 pieces and if i ever make a healer again im certainly going to use it again from that level on.PC/EU AD 1500+ PC/NA 300+
