I have this gear:
wilpower set (5 pieces , 2 sw and 3 accs)
2 rings of cyr light
2 torug pact armors + staff
2 andro armors
2 Nereth helm+shoulders(not best traits)
5 kagrenac armors
i need to find best option for magicka nb build! just got it back in game and made him v16
in what combo should i wear this stuff?

definitely 5 pces Kragenec,
3 pce Agility(Spell Dmg Enchants
2 Nereth,

Use torugpact staff and get 2 torugpact swords..

That is what i would do.

i was thinking to use 2 sw willpower+ 1 neck, 2 rings of cyr, 5 krag armors and 2 torug armors or 2sw torug 3 willpower accs 5 krag armors + 1 torug armor + molag k if i get it + 1 torug staff what do u think?

Nah mate drop the cyro rings, with vr16 rings and weapon damage you can add around 800 spell damage with the 3 jewels only. 178 per piece + 186 set bonus... cyrodiils lite wont get you that..

if you get molag kena exchange it for nereth for sure,

but keep the rest the same.. you could also change totally and go for phoenix and magnus or eyes of mara which give good regen and spell damage..

Martial knowledge is still a good 4 pce set with GREAT bonusses to spell damage even at vr14..
