What alliance has the quest where there are two women confronting each other - I believe one is Septima Tharn so I'm pretty sure it's DC but I can't remember who the other woman would be. And you are on an overlooking cliff and you have to direct the mages where to drop their spells? Does anyone remember what I'm talking about?
