Does the Inspriation Boost found under Tower Champion Point Tree affect Writ Inspriation?

I was curious to know if anyone has tested whether or not this perk affects the inspiration rewards from crafting writ turn-ins.

Yes, it doesn't reflect on the writ turn-in UI, but once completed you obtain the extra inspiration

I'dbe curious to know exactly what it effects as well. I was guessing actual inspiration from crafting but a friend argues it is anything that moves the xp bar. It fits in the huge category of things we can never know unless someone goes to a lot of trouble to find out. The tool tips aren't clear at all.

I started crafting on another alt where I could see the changes on the crafting bar.

After: 8475

Writ: 1000
CP: 200 (20% -- Tower 30 Points)
ESO+: 100 (10%)

Before: 7175
