It has a visual effect that is just for fun and doesn't affect combat or anything. You don't have to keep it if you don't wish to.0 -

Yggdrasil_Gof✭✭✭It's supposed to make you harder to detect. You can't use it unless It's in a quick slot. As an NB I find it a bit useless, but it might be great for other classes.
As I haven't got an alt I don't know for sure, but I should imagine you can pass it to an alt though the bank. Someone else will have to answer that for you, I'd be interested to find that out.0 -
