Do hirelings no longer deliver epic (gold) crafting mats? Just wondering because I can't even remember how long it's been and used to get them every few days on average

Ya I just got some. Was hoping this thread was about a alchemy hireling. I hate pickin flowers. They get everything else why not plants. Grrrrr

Yeah, I got Dreugh Wax and Rosin both yesterday. Haven't gotten any Tempering Alloy in a week, though.

Have gotten four golds in the last month with four hirelings between two toons. I plan on maxing all eight of my toons with all the hirelings.

5 characters with hireling deliveries 2x a day. It's rare that I don't get one.

I agree. I don't like farming materials. This would help a lot.

I think it got silently nerfed.
Had alot in mailbox when i started, now, its extremly rare, even ran out of tempers because of it ><

Ok thank you.. I know something has changed I just needed a little vindication on it happening to others. RNG can't account for what I had being delivered 2 months ago compared to absolutely nothing now

I still get epics, in fact all of my epic tempers except maybe one are from Hirelings on the PS4.

I have received some armour and weapon epic mats but less than I used to........

However I have not seen a Kuta from a hireling in MONTHS!!

My source for those is:-

Enchanting writs........ rare but I got two Kuta and two Rekuta off one node with a survey the other day(Craglorn).

Gunny Sacks..... probably my most reliable source quite often get one of these with two Kuta in.

and finally......

Heavy Sacks.... only happened once and my eyes nearly popped out of my head, FIVE kuta, yes FIVE in one sack!!

Have to add that I haven't farmed a normal ingame Aspect Node and received a Kuta for many months also........

Have nigh on a 1000 damn Ta though!!

Hirelings gold temper rates were gutted with the 1.6 update.

How else were they going to get people to do the crafting writs?

1.6... Ok yea that sounds about right. That's right when I saw the drop off of getting a few a week to zero

They do, but as others have said, they were nerfed in 1.6.

Refining is the way to go for mats these days.

I have not seen a Kuta rune drop since it was mentioned as a fix in Patch Notes v2.1.4.. and have been asking in several guilds repeatedly over the past month or so and no one else has seen any either. Working as intended?

Fixed an issue that was preventing the Enchanter Hireling from providing a Kuta aspect rune in their daily deliveries.

Edit: every other gold item, I have seen from my hirelings as of late.. except these.

I got a Kuta Rune today from mine, and I got one around the time this thread was made. I only do 1 Hireling per Craft per day by the way.
