first of all sorry in advance if there in grammer error, now my question is if i have an old account with full package i forgat to use it when i creat my account in ps4 recently remember that i have it so is there way to merg and old account with new one ?

If thats what you mean, then that time has passed, there are no more PC transfers available.
If you mean that you had 2 PSN accounts, and want to merge all your characters into one account, that also is not possible.XBOX ONE - NA
