Unable to install PTS Client. Constant 'Repair'/'Update' cycle.

This has been happening for quite some time now; every time I attempt to download the PTS, after an hour or so, I get a PatchManifest error or some such, and I can only either 'Repair' the download, or restart the launcher at which point it becomes 'Update'.

There are no .exe files in the PTS folder. I have one folder called 'depot', inside which is a ton of .dat files. No applications at all.

I'm running the launcher as an Admin and had no problems installing both the EU and US clients.

EDIT: Got it, again...

    This error occurs when the downloaded patch data is being reported as corrupt.

    Impacted players will most likely need to re-download the patch data in order to fix this error. If restarting the launcher does not help, you should try the following:

    Close the Launcher
    Go to the location where The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is installed. If they were attempting to patch EU when the error occurred, they should look for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited EU
    a. This folder is normally at C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited.
    Go into each sub-folder (depot, game, vo_xx) and delete any patchdata folders.
    a. The launcher might have auto cleaned up this folder.
    Restart the launcher and try to update again.

    This could also be caused from the data being written to bad sectors of a hard drive. To be sure run a check disk to verify the health of your hard drive.

    If the issue persists, contact Customer Support for further assistance. Please include a Host.Developer and Game Consultant file when submitting a ticket.
