I cant believe they just had "maintenance" yet Fixed NOTHING!!!!!

Dont we your customers ZoS deserve better than this????

We have already put forward so much money not in just buying the initial game, but mthly subscription, crowns, DLC content and this is how you treat us?????

I am starting to believe that was all they cared about. Shame cause I enjoy the game a lot.

Me too - I really enjoyed ESO - But its unplayable now - and Noone has given Anyone straight answers about the issues many of us are experiencing or have done any fixes.

That's crazy that we have to disassociate accounts to get this to work properly now! That's definitely something on their end!

At this point they need to do something about their data servers if they can't process Xbox Live account matchups properly. We've already had issues like that since launch what with not being able to see friends on friends list properly, not being able to send in game mail properly, and not being able to group up properly because it won't list the friends on the friends list or allow us to see when they are online from inside the game itself.

Please fix the launch issues with the accounts on your in game interface.

This is my latest response from tech support:

"Hi There,

Thank you for following up with that information. So I got some feedback from yourself and a few other people experiencing the same issue, and based on the responses I have gotten, we are fairly convinced that the large blocked list is in some way related, that seems consistent with the other players experiencing the issue.

I don't personally know enough about the game's load process to say what specifically is going wrong, but it sounds like it is getting to the point where it tries to load the friend/block list, and is getting inundated with data, causing the disconnect. I'll let you know more when I can, but its at least looking like it is something along those lines."

Do you have a large or any players on the block list? Have to clear them if you do to see if it helps? I have like three on the list, but all are from ESO and I don't get the 303 error.
