Lag + Crash after 2.1.8

I have noticed constant problem with delays , After the upgrade 2.1.8 .
Playing 'm usually, 10 min then, all lag game crashes. I am a forced close the launcher.
Use of Windows 10 , this problem affects the PTS.

KanrilSoul ShrivenNot using windows 10, but windows 7 and having the same issues. This game is becoming trash at this point. ZOS blames ISP, clients, and anything else but themselves. I have no other issues with ALL of my other MMO's old and new. Yes I have tried all the fixes. It's has been over a month and things for the most part only seem to worsen. playing just like you, in 10 min intervals and then crashing to login screen. It is unplayable, and these kind of games are supposed to be an escape. All i can do is Craglorn daily craft writs and even that is a challenge now.
Oh and the suggestion to run a third party VPN to run a game is BS, I shouldn't be required to do something like that to run ESO.1
