I can report that unfortunately, ZOS has not changed the skeleton polymorph on the beast races to match the new model they've given to environments.

I hope it's on their to-do list, as they've gone half-way there and it needs just a bit more of a nudge to finish off the entire premise

The skull looks a lot like Oreyn Bearclaw's Helm, which got featured in both Morrowind and Oblivion.

Interestingly enough, the Helm in Morrowind was apart of Malacath's quest given to the player. And as we know, Malacath is considered the protector of the Orcs.

I don't know if they have an individual skeleton specifically for Argonians or Khajiits however. I think the skeleton shown is Argonian. If anyone else finds a skeleton on the PTS and its for Khajiit please post here

The skull shown is definitely Khajiit. I remember finding an Argonian skeleton, but I can't remember where.
