I want to play but I can't. The game is unplayable.

So. With every patch it's getting worser and worser.

Lags in PvE
Abilities don't work from time to time
Dismounting problems
Skydiving/falling.
Infinite loading screens.
Dropping to login screen after login passed.

Now nothing works. It just kicks me to the login screen and all.

It took me half an hour to login with 8 my toons to get hirelings mail. Yeah, with all that "time passed so do your login again and try get your mail again" errors.
And I can't play. Sometimes I get some 5-10 mins period when everything wors just fine and then DARN! login screen.

I'm tired of sending bug reports and asking for support help. That single guy hides after 20 names but yet he doesn't help.
The best answer I've got after the bug we found was "send the /bug report". Am I in beta-testing team still?
ZOS, your internal corporate communication is a total disgrace.

I've changed 2 countries, 4 cities, 3 computers and yet your game stays laggy, buggy and awful from time to time. So it's not my side error.
Do with you bloody game some things.

I'm not a beta tester. I play the 3 times released game.

Lol, sorry OP, but some of your lines made me chuckle, especially the moving around bit.

Have you tried repairing game install, updating addons?

Uprading drivers, like gfx/sound etc?

All the issues you raised does happen, but sounds like you have it really bad.

Worth opening up ports also for the game on your router, only takes 5 mins max to open the ports up.

There is a topic somewhere on forums saying which ports to open.

Aye some of the issues you mentioned are gonna happen, but getting knocked back to login screen is net related, and if you open the ports then it will rarely happen.

Some issues are server side, but many are client related, and can be fixed.

If and no offence you have actually done all that I suggested and it still does not work, then it is actually your rig that is at fault and not the game, as if it were the game, then everyone would have issues similar to what you have, all the time.

And as said, we all suffer from the issues you said, some less, some more so.

But honestly have to say that even opening up the correct ports on your router for the game will help immeasurably.

Well, I could say it's my side issue.

But. The thing is. Some time before system kicks me I can run for 30-50 seconds in the Tamriel, observe how everyone other run, fight or do some stuff but I can't interact with enything, can't attack, can't mount, can't enter doors and so on.

I easily identify client side bugs - nobody moves except for scripted NPCs.

But when there's a fight, mobs get killed, people are running left and right and you can't do a thing - that's not a my side bug.

P.S. Login timeout - is is client side issue?

Hmmm what you are describing is a client time out issue for definite.

Which means your connection to the server is compromised, hence the lag and all that.

You need to open the ports as said for the game, and this issue should vanish, or at least happen rarely.

Ok. Can be the ports. I'd check it later.

But still. It was better, definetly better before IC release. Was much better in July. And brilliant this February.

Guys, this may not be ZOS problem apparently, there are other ppl having similar problems, which is making the game unplayable, but to try to pinpoint the problem, it would help if you post traceroute results.

True, could be ISP related also, and possibly adding exceptions to your firewall for ESO.exe will help.

However, upon looking into your information, we do advise you to please contact your ISP and explain the issues you are having. We will continue working on resolving this from our end, but in the meantime you may get better specialized assistance from your ISP. Several players from Russia have reported having difficulty staying connected, and have been able to gain assistance from their ISP in making disconnects less frequent.

Yeah, my ISP decided to make my connection worser right with the IC release. And before - with 2.0 patch. And before - with 1,6 pach. Yeah.

I had 0, absolutely zero lag issues in PvE before 1.6.

I tested speed and connection multiple times, channel is stable and wide.

That's definetly client-side issue!

So, my skills stopped working after killing first fire atrnach mini boss in the last to Belrath or his brother killing mission, again, reloadui didn't help, relog worked but in a moment I found myself falling/skydiving.

Ok. If that's my side bug. Maybe you would teach me how to use this flying/teleportating issue?
I love doing ingame panoramas, have done more than a thousand in ESO. That teleportation thing can help me reach some great spots to make even better panoramas.

So, any help with that power if that's my side issue?

If you at least post your Traceroutes, you might be taken more seriously... also, I forgot to tell you what IP's you should trace to. There are quite a few, but for testing purposes, ZOS usually uses 198.20.200.110.

You should trace it several times, at several time intervals... let me show you:

As you can see, earlier, the routing was failling between Vodafone (ae10-xcr2.nyk.cw.net) on hop 8 and Telia (nyk-b6-link.telia.net) on hop 9, but now its able to go through, and now I'm not having connection issues at all. A traceroute is a network diagnostic tool, that allows you to see each server you need to pass through until the final destination. Also, elderscrollsonline.com [216.146.46.10] is an entirely different network, and is nowhere related to the server infrastructure of ESO game servers, so tracing it is pointless.

The fact that you have had several problems over time, doesn't mean that all the problems are always ZOS "responsability". And yes I believe there are quite a few problems on ZOS end, (I can even mention a few), but the specific issue of having your connection dropped, is probably not one of them. Each problem must be analyzed individually and without bias or preconception over past issues.

PS-Test speed apps/websites are not very reliable in what comes to analyze specific traffic, and they sure can't test routing =P

Hope all support would examine and study you behaviour as the best pactice.

I've tested three times tracerting and got zero feedback. I've got RU Win so the report was not in English.
In my translation is sounded like "The response interval was exceeded" or smth like that. I got 0 tracert report every time.

So, what can it be?
