well i cant prove what i saw. but it was while in cyrodiil keep. a DC player resurructed another DC player in 1 second or less. i was stalking this guy inside a keep and he went to a dead body. he started ressurcting(this white thing appeared) and in 1 second-maybe less the other player is ressurcted and in full hp, i know what i saw. and i dont lag or anything. just to leave a point.. this game sort of still in beta and exploitable and this thing is exist

Uhh any character and class can use kagrenac's hope. Just because they're DKs and they're 'tanks' as you describe them, doesn't mean they cannot use a set. Keep in mind that kagrenac's can be crafted as a heavy armor and with focus on magicka, can make a mean and lean DK magicka tank machine that focuses on sustain.
I am a sorc tank and I use heavy kagrenac for sustain and the resurrect bonus in pvp.Edited by Qyrk on October 8, 2015 9:46AM2 -

A templar with full pvp passives can resurrect a player in about 0.8 sec and this is totally legit since you've farmed lot of scrubs for those passives but as someone else mentioned that a thread named "Kagrenac's Hope is new the forward camps 2.0" was in the alliance war section and then nerfbat made his intervention.0 -

I think it's additive right now. They will most likely Nerf it by making all the different passives multiplicative instead like most other things of this nature,0
