Program can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling program

I'm getting this message after I click play on the PTS server. Any suggestions? I have reinstalled the program 3 times.

I just updated the PTS and got the same error.

I would like also know why the PTS requires this new DirextX programming bit but ESO does not?

Because PTS has game controller support. Live game does not have it yet but will in the next update.

This fix is to install the DirectX Runtime June 2010 SDK... This is a optional package of DirectX files, one of which happens to be the one you need...

After downloading the full package, double click on it. This will prompt the package to self-extract...

Be sure to take note of where it is saved...

Then open the folder and double click DXSETUP, and you should be good to go...

What do you want to bet they'll forget to make an announcement before it hits the live servers telling people to install this new DirectX support and a *** storm hits the forums....
