Invincible Players in PvP

Is there a way to alert a game master to invincible players? There's an invincible player on Xbox One right now that people have been reporting for the last half hour. This person is ruining the fun for everybody.
As a suggestion, I recommend uploading clips be added to report forms. I've got a few clips of the guy standing in the middle of a group of 30+ with no hp, but he's still alive.

Balibe✭✭✭✭Radial the player and select the report option. It is in the same radial that you can invite to trade, add to group, view gamer card, etc.0 -
royalbob5b14_ESOSoul ShrivenWe've been doing that, but over 2 hours later he is still out there. Some MMOs you can call for more immediate assistance than a ticket, so I was curious if that was available in ESO.0
