I will say I don't know how he's getting 47K+ magicka but based upon his relatively low damage for that much magicka he must certainly using Mage stone.

I only have a little over 36K magicka on my Altmer Sorc with Blue Health/Stam food, every single enchant is Magicka and I'm running V16 Legendary gear on all pieces (infused on Large). I only have the first undaunted Passive (3% stats). I'm only at 430 CPs which isn't the greatest but it isn't low either.

His Stamina is so high he must be using tri-stat food. I only see one mage ability for 2%. So even with Altmer, 6% undaunted and 2% Mage bonus that's still only 18% Magicka bonus to my 13%.

His magicka is still 10K higher than mine on his sword and board. It's obvious the shield is infused with magicka enchant and is giving him a bonus magicka passive. Beyond that I have no idea but I sure could use 10K more magicka ( =

And on all the comments about the skill of his players. Any outnumbered fight is always against unskilled players for the most part unless there are other exceptions such as broken gear, ganking while they are fighting PvE mobs etc. The play itself isn't particularly impressive but that doesn't mean anything. It was a fun clip and his first video (that I've seen) so cut him a bit of slack and just give some constructive criticism and expect the next one to improve.

OK I've made a mistake so I'm compelled given the argument to admit it publicly. Just then as I went to post a video to prove what I'd been saying it become clear I was wrong. I saw what I said I saw but it was obviously a UI error of some kind because now when i clear my points it comes to 39 983 and not 46k. Food is still on as it was the last time.

I apologise for my mistake.

And judging from the 15700 stam, I think I'm not far off. Might be a dunmer for the +stamina. (I think).
Seems to have emperor alliance buff to reach that amount of hp.
According to Soulac's calculator, he should have around 1240 champ points. (I could have missed something so not sure)

Well thanks Erudition but no apologies are necessary. It was a UI (maybe addon) bug, I've run in to a few of them myself.

That said you're right, I am a super leet nerd jerk and I hate misinformation. I know what I know, and I know what I don't know. I theorycraft with some of the best players in the game and all of us, you included, know where to find every little last drop of magicka. There really are no secrets anymore, and if there are, they wont be for long. It just didnt add up.

We've already covered that. It was in the context of the build in the video. You don't go from 47k with 400CP+ to 46k with no CP at all. The discussion is over, for me at least.

I don't know the exact amount but it is significant. When I reset my 400 CPs when the patch hit, I was flabbergasted just how much power and stats come from those CPs.

That's what I thought of watching this...what the heck EP.

For max magicka CPs in the Mage definitely play an important role. With the Excel Sheet from Asayre I calculated that when you have 39.983 max magicka without CPs, you would need at least 466 CPs to get above 46k max magicka.
