Radiant Aura bugged?

So I switched my Repentance to Radiant Aura. ..It's ok, I'm not unwell, I just went for a more regen-centric build.
It's supposed to give you Minor regen buffs for slotting it and Major regen buffs when you activate it. Quite often the active form doesn't affect stamina regen and the only fix is to change zones. I don't know if this is a visual bug on the character sheet or whether the regen is actually affected.
Also, are the Major and Minor buffs stacking? The boost to regen when you activate it seems very slight. I haven't tested specifically but I expected more. I should be seeing a 30% boost to health and stamina regen with it slotted and activated. I will check the numbers tonight and compare it against potion regen, which is the same buff.

✭Minor and Major buffs stack, thats for sure. But I always thought the Major boost is only for your friendlies, not for yourself. You just have the Minor buff for slotting it. I might very well be wrong, I cant check ingame right now.Georgion - Bosmer/Templar - PC/EU0
