(patch notes) black rose armor set?

Okay so the black rose armor set says something about stamin and magicka in the armor set fixes and what not and king richard was sitting on 41k stamina with this set on. Id like to know what this set actually accomplishes because i want to put forth the time to get it atleast

This is the quote from the patch notes (orcin) "Black Rose: Clarified the tooltip for this item set to state that it only increases the Stamina and Magicka return portion of the Constitution passive."

So what does this affect besides the passive for heavy armor? Does this increase stamina and magicka? Cause if not im truly confused

    It boosts the return on resources by 50%, that the passive provides.

    The constitution passive of heavy armor gives you back magicka and stmaina if you´re attacked. The increase in return is not worth getting the set (in my opinion). I would not waste my tv stones for it if I were you.

    So say my stamina regin is 1300 if i have this set on its increased by 50%¿?

    you dont understand what heavy armor passives are do you.......

    constitution gives X amount of health/stamina/magicka back when you are attacked once every four seconds.... it isnot tied to your regen.....

    Go in game, heavy armour passives, look at the one called constitution. On that passive is a number. Probably around 50. It boosts that by 50%, I.e., it takes the number and increases it by half again

    I.e., 50 becomes 75.

    I.e., not much.

    With 5 pieces of Heavy Armor at Vet 16 you get from Constitution 246 Magicka & Stamina every 4 seconds if you are damaged in that 4 seconds.

    So... that is 61 Stamina per second. But this is not counted as Stamina Recovery. So it gets no benefits from potions or CP % boni.
    The Black Rose gives a "boost" of 50% on this. So you get 30 more Stamina per second.
    It also gives you some Spell and some Weapon Damage.
    So a tiny bit of everything, but nothing really IMO: A Jack of all trades, and Master of none.

    I wonder how many players are using it.....

    Intersting okay yeah its trash pretty much. Okay guys thankyou. Okay so for a stamina sorc to stay alive what armor set should i use in heavy that can give me good stats for stamina?
