Proposed Stamina morph for Crystal Shard

Ability now scales of max stamina and weapon damage
Chance to make ability instant cast whenever an ability that consumes stamina is used
HOWEVER
damage is reduced by 20% and it no longer has a knockdown effect.

This would replace the Crystal Blast morph, because nobody takes that one anyways.

Either or, just being able to reliable use the blood magic passive on a sorc not focused on magicka would be very helpful.

Of all the hijack-Crystal-Blast-for-a-stamina-morph ideas I've seen on these forums, this is by far the WORST.

Why would you ask for a morph that has REDUCED damage? Why would anyone want that? Why would a Stam Sorc put a skill on their bar that had a 35% chance(or whatever) to be GIMPED?

Jeeze, if you're going to replace Crystal Blast with a with stamina Frags morph, AT LEAST make it as good as the magicka version of Frags!

It was meant as a compromise. If it was left with the knockdown and high damage, people would cry OP. Of course I would rather see it with the damage and knockdown intact. Perhaps as @Pudin suggested, making it melee with the stamina morph would be enough to balance it out.
