No access code email received

I've been asked to input an access code when trying to get into the game, I've not received the email for it. Tried logging in five times now. I've checked my junk folder, added your domain to my email safe senders. Still nothing.

Please can I get some help on this? Bought ESO plus, don't want my paid for time to be going to waste.

    Yep still no email. Have opened a ticket requesting a call back (#151006-001121), been waiting an hour now for this code.

    I also cannot get the email. I got a virus and had to reformat my computer last night and now I cannot play because Bethsoft is not sending out authorization emails.

    Just had a response suggesting I open my mail in a new incognito window... like that's going to solve the issue. I've done so, surprise surprise still no code.

    I have checked my spam and all other folders. I have used Office Outlook 2015 to review my email. I have logged onto my email web site and checked all folders there. There is no other place to check my email. The emails are not getting sent. That is the problem. If it was sent I would have gotten it. I am getting plenty of emails from elsewhere.

    What is an 'incognito window' anyway?

    It's anonymous browsing for chrome. He said:

    Try starting your browser in the Privacy mode for the browser. This procedure is very similar for all browser. Instead of the normal left-clicking on the browser, right click on it.

    For Internet Explorer, select the "Start In Private Browsing"
    For Chrome, select "New Incognito Window".
    For Firefox, select "New Private Window".

    Inside of a browser, the keyboard command "Ctrl+Shift+P" should bring up a new private window.
    This will turn off all addons for the browser and help to prevent any problems. Thank you for your continued interest and support!

    As I said, not entirely sure how this addresses an email not being sent.

    I have now gotten a goofy reply from bethsoft saying I should change my email address in my account. That is the stupidest suggestion I have ever heard. I have been successfully receiving email from bethsoft at this address for almost two years now since I was in the beta.

    They need to fix whatever process is supposed to send the emails out because no one can receive what has never been sent.

    They have now asked me to send them a bunch of private information via email which will make my account vulnerable.
    And they asked me to change my email address but there is no way to do that on the account page.

    So I sent them an alternate email account to use but they don't seem very smart. They said ". At the moment our system is having an issue communicating with some e-mail accounts." and that is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in months: you don't need to know details about the recipient server to send an email.

    They haven't suggested that to me yet. Received an access code to be able to get into my support profile, that came through fine and worked no problem, so I don't see why an access code to get into the game wouldn't come through too. It's definitely an issue with them having not sent the email.

    FYI I also tried using the support profile access code on the game login, didn't work there, but thought it was worth a try. :)

    Well I've just subbed for the first time in months and bought 5000 crowns... if I get this kind of wishy washy response from them I'll be asking them to refund the lot.
