Countess Tamrith is on Vacation - Rivenspire, The Blood-Splattered Shield

Can't progress on the main quest in Rivenspire due to the countess being MIA. Quest marker is there, but she is not. Has been like this for several day now. Any idea when a fix will be in?

We have received several reports of this and are currently investigating. In the meantime, we recommend continuing your adventure by completing the other questlines in Rivenspire.

I'm completely done in Rivenspire aside from the main quest. Argh. And I don't want to move on since I'm already over leveled. Wondering if its going to be on a patch in the distant future, or if they can fix it soon. You out there, devs?0
