Adapt area of effet spells to reduce cyrodiil lag and improve pvp experience, campaign access

More and more groups are over using steel tornadoe or other aoe spells, stacking 50 ppl over 10 sq meters...
so to reduce lag and improve pvp experience:

- Steel tornadoe area of effect could be limited to 6m radius (identical to pulsar)
- Area of effect execution could be suppressed on steel tornadoe
- Area of effect spells cost could be increased after first cast : +50% on second cast, + 100% on third cast, +150% on fourth cast, ect...

Additionally, considering that campaigns don't have imperial city access limitation (one exception), most cyrodiil campaigns are now half empty even in prime time: cyrodiil population indicator should not show imperial city and sewers population (fed up loging on a so called locked campaign, just to find out that everyone is farming in the sewers). Sewers farming is dramatically decreasing surface fights: since campaign limitations still do not apply to the majority of campaigns, the number of campaigns could be limited in order to increase surface fights again.

Any other proposal ?

    Go and find them in the sewers... lol..

    I agree with the AOE as there is 0 skill required to spam steel tornado.

    Reducing the radius i don't think will make any difference,
    but sure look at other means...

    Like dodge roll make it exponentially more expensive,

    Remove the aoe caps, buff detonation, dynamic ultimate -> lag gone, because no zerg will be able to survive long enough to stress out the servers.
    But then again.. We had this discussion so often and I think we know by now that ZOS caters to the zergs because they are the majority (the more casual players usually), even though their servers seem to be breaking apart by those masses of players clashing into each other (see Azura last week :lol:).
    And.. Just to be sure, not blaming one specific faction anymore. I used to think EP is the only one producing this abominations, but when I saw the DC zerg a few days ago on Trueflame and the AD on Axe... *sigh*

    As long stacking 50 people on top of each other remains the most effective tactic when it comes to risk vs reward, no change to whatever skill will make any difference. In the end, the stacking remains effective.
