Rapid maneuver bugged

Rapid maneuver does not work while mounted on my vamp sorc. It does work when running, only bugs with mount and only with my vamp sorc. Not sure if vamp or sorc is the issue or both or neither.
I have no issues with my nightblade. Anyone else having this problem?

Carl-lan✭✭✭✭I am also having this problem. I have a nightblade... running is fine, but mounting causes no speed ramp at all. He just rides normal paced....
When someone else uses the effect though, and I receive it while mounted, then I move quicker... as I should. It's just when I active the skill myself while mounted it does not work.
There was another thread I found that had supposed solutions, involving deleting saved data and clearing blue-ray data.... but I tried that many times and it did not work.0
