Player housing would definitely help the "too much money" issue as well. With Orsinium's phasing system (city can be in ruins for you, fully repaired for another player, but you'll both still see each other running around it) it seems like a perfect fit in ESO, and gives TES fans another reason to get excited. I even enjoyed Hearthfire in Skyrim - building my dream house from scratch, on a plot of land I bought. Makes it feel really personal.
