XB1 NA - Horse Trainer In Belkarth Missing

As the titles says, the Belkarth horse trainer (and the other NPC) have been missing for going on two weeks on the Xbox 1 North America Mega-Server. I thought it would be fixed with today's update but it seems it wasn't. Is this a know issue @ZOS_GinaBruno?

LoreRiley✭✭✭✭Nobody told you? The stable master was trampled by his horses two weeks ago. He is currently recovering and the Culprit horses are awaiting trail so they are unavailable.1
