It's just the content seemed lacking in Imperial City, ie no real objectives. Once the whole new area thing had worn off I found it to be quite boring, unless there was a PvP element, and I'm not that good at PvP and fights are hard to find usually. Now with this dlc there's even less for me to do. I cannot use the group finder to find a group to do a dungeon, so that's something that would be useless to me. The other content seems as lacking in objectives and purpose as what Imperial City is. That's the reason I will not be paying for any further dlc or crown store cosmetic.3 -

tengri✭✭✭✭✭I refuse to buy anything "cosmetic" from the Clown Store - and all mounts fall into that category, too.
They almost got me once when those "hero costumes" were data-mined - but luckily for me there is no sign of them in the store yet. So it's still me: all Clown Store: zero.
And for mounts it surely doesn't matter if they add a different paint job here or a lightly different silhouette there.
It's still a horse. Everything is just a horse... a horse!

Ive got the 10k Horse for my Nord. Because well..Its plain and my Nord isnt flashy.
Im using the Imperial Horse for my Imperial. Because he once served in the Imperial Legion...And now swears by the breed.
Ive got a Palamino Horse for my Altmer because it kind of comes off High Class. And my Altmer to me is a bit High Class and Stuffy.
Ive also got the Clouded Leopard Senche for my Bosmer. Because when I put her on the 10k Horse....It looked weird. So I figured. Senches might find their way into Valenwood because of its proximity. Its quite possible for a Bosmer to befriend one of these Senches and in turn be allowed to use them as a mount.
If I ever make an Orc. IC was a let down and lacked content.
I really like it. I'm a PvE'er and I really really like it. There are repeatable quests that actually make sense as repeats (rescue civilians, anyone?) and the rapid respawn takes the sting (somewhat) out of dying so much (I have trouble 1-taking "death by PC" personally, and 2-tend to panic when attacked in PvP).
I haven't answered the actual poll yet, because I've not looked at the datamined info. Definitely the mount. Possibly the pet.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

My sentiments exactly. No more cash until things I'd pay for actually become reality.I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
3) Difficulty slider.
4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.1
