Should Orsinium go to the PTS TWO months early instead of one?

Seeing as there were so many bugs introduced with the Imperial City, maybe one month of testing and reporting bugs is not enough for the QA team at ZOS to get things ironed out in time before Orsinium goes live.

Should Orsinium go on the PTS two months ahead of launch?

One would rationally assume that more time testing would equal a more stable update, but....

    I am ... skeptical ...

    I definitely think so.

In past releases, many bugs reported in PTS are not acknowledged or fixed until weeks/months after the patch goes live. If ever.

So based on past experience, two months really isn't long enough. Why not three, or four, or six, or twelve?

... I will answer. Because if they waited until it was working properly, we'd never see a patch in our lifetime.

If the beta testing for it is ready 2 months in advance then sure why not? Otherwise they will slap it on PTS as soon as it's ready which could very well be a mere week before release.

Why so they can begin to ignore feed back a week early?

More time on PTS would never be a bad thing.

It wouldn't make much difference, most of what is reported in PTS makes it to live, including stuff like item duplication bugs.

If they allow critical stuff like this to go live, no amount of time can help them.

Yes, beta testing should also go to console.
