Can you abandon the quest? And if so, maybe repair the game files too.

this is after abandoning it and others reported not seeing her too.

I HAVE done this before on another character how the heck is this L2P? she is missing as in she is supposed to be right behind the tent area yet she is nowhere and the compass markers where pointing to thin air. the second time there wasn't even a marker when I know there should be

I have the same problem. Been through the quest several times before, so no L2P.

I entered a ticket, but was closes immediately as "Solved".

Any word on a fix? Cannot progress without it.

Bump until ZOS gets Naryu back so people can complete this. It is part of the main faction quest so this is important.

will try to do the rift a bit for now but still sheesh.

Haha sorry about the inhibriated sentence. What I was trying to say the reply I got from the ticket I submitted was they were aware of the issue and suggested me to do the rest of my quests

when all the level 30ish players rage quit at not being able to complete the quest. seriously how much process does this involve, can't you GMs just place a new Naryu for now?

As per the email suggested solution to the issue I'll share my attempts to correct the issue.

Power Cycle the PS4/Close and Restart the game multiple times
Swap Characters
Abandon/Restart quest

Still the quest line is stuck and the NPC Naryu fails to appear.

Here are my attempts to rectify this issue.

1) Abandon and Restart quest multiple times
2) Fully Power Cycle PS4 and Restart the Game
3) Deleted saved game data in local and online storage
4) Travel to multiple players in an attempt to get into a different phase version
5) Deleted game completely and reinstalled
6) Logged into different characters and traveled to same zone (Naryu doesn't exist in other factions either).

As you can see I've tried a lot of things. I also have a picture of Prince Irnskar from the same Fort Amol phase with a body double. Clearly something is wrong with the coding on the server side not client side. Here is the picture for reference.

What the heck could have broken it that bad anyways? when I started the quest 2 days before that server instability (got invited to do group dungeons and forgot about this) Naryu was there when I got back to it the arrow was pointing to thin air hence the start of this post. If it is also affecting Cadwels gold and silver quests as @Redphyre said then prepare for a **** storm from VRs as well as lower levels, all 3 alliances coming together to make this issue heard that will get things noticed.
