Just a heads up out there. if you have bought some crowns recently, CHECK your bank account and or Paypal...ect

It seems like there is some type of SNAFU on buying crowns..

Bought 5500 crown..
looked at my banks transaction history....
two entry's for ESO ....
Checked in game crown amount( 5500)
Submitted a report waiting for a responce

Just a heads up out there..

Check your stuff

    The worrying thing is that no-one ever gets twice as many crowns as they were charged for.

    It's almost as if they're /trying/ to fob you off.

    Did you use PayPal? Does PayPal show two transactions?

    Sometimes it's on PayPal's side (duplicate transaction IDs). Sometimes it's on the customer side (clicking more than once on the order button if the session times out or before confirmation).

    It'll take a few days to resolve, but it's just an error. Might go even faster if you sent an email straight to Account/Billing.

    NO, the transactions in question were not through paypal..

    And yes an email was sent to account/billing... just waiting on a reply
