New Wepon :Skill Line - Spear

Hello,
What do you think about the introduction of a new type of weapon for The Elder Scrolls Online.Which it was to Spear and Shield. Who among you would not want to feel like a god Hircine or from a different mythology Achiles.

The spear was one of my favourite weapons back in Morrowind. I was disappointed to it removed from Oblivion and Skyrim and of course ESO. Same for the crossbow. They can't even balance the 4 classes + weapons we have now so i don't have much hope for any new weapon types coming any time soon sadly. Although i would love to see a spear some point in the future.

Yea, give us spears and shields, so we can do phalanx formations agains enemy zerg...

I'd prefer it was just another (4th) weapon that could be added to the Sword and Shield skill line.

ALL of the yes. All of it. Spears have always been my favorite weapon, but they're rarely an option in games I like

When they do include spears, send a memo stating that strictly 1h weapons have been on the docket for quite awhile now...

And I want a sword and staff , or dw freaking wands/orbs of destruction or SOEMTHJIGN ..... I'm tired of being a mage with dw daggers,swords.. (have to because of the spell power...it's the difference between 2600 sp and 3700 sp)

Been asking for it since BETA and they still have not said one word about it. They would rather ruin their game so dont hold your breathe on a new skill line.

If we are to get a new weapon I think getting a new Magicka based weapon would be a higher priority. 2 Magicka weapons vs 4 Stamina weapons.

YES x 1000. spears were my favorite weapons in morrowind and it was one of the biggest disappointments when they removed it in oblivion

Except for the fact that most class skills are still magic dominant, and a lot of other abilities are magic dominant. The game is still very magic-leaning, particularly if Spellcrafting ever gets off the ground.

More magicka weapons and more stamina skills are two different issues.

Too much coding/programming so wont happen
