Looking at two skills from here and just seeking clarification on them. Warlord says it reduces stamina cost of skills and abilities, but Magician says reduces Magicka cost of spells.
So I'm wondering if magician effects things like class abilities, or by spells does it mean things from using staffs.

greenlights6✭✭I'm pretty sure that magician works for anything that costs magicka to cast, and warlord likewise for anything that costs stamina, whether they be class or weapon abilities/skills
