@ADarklore They apparently do, cause i activated it and had 1 hour 13 min left on it. Login today and it is gone.
So i gues you are lucky, or you are just saying they so not run out because they obviously shouldnt. We all know that. But mine did offline playstation and everything.

I've never had it happen, but I'm on PC. As someone above noted, did you log-out to main screen and then quit or did you just quit from character and not return to log-in screen. It shouldn't make a difference, but perhaps it does. I always try to log-out to character screen just because I am paranoid about the servers saving the current data.

The scrolls do NOT run out when logged off, just like Food, the timer stops once you log out. I often wonder what method people use to calculate how long something lasts- do they actually use a clock or stopwatch or do they simply say, "There is no way it's been two hours"... yet, while gaming, hours fly by without notice. I've used a clock and even the character screen to keep check on the XP Scrolls and they do, indeed, last the entire two hours while your character is logged in. However, transit times, sitting at vendors, dye stations, walking, riding, talking to NPCs, the XP Scrolls are ticking away while you are doing all of those... including those little "stuck" times when you're falling through the world.

Do you have any passives into the Provision skill line? There are buffs that extend the duration of any eaten food, etc.
