I still die (im playing on the PS4 console now currently) when there are large groups of enemies in PvP (and they aren't Vet level, but they are battle leveled in the vet campaign), I'm set up to gank (glass cannon) from stealth not survive forever or Tank, so yes I can survive more than them (the lower level battle leveled guys) and I do kill alot of people but you eventually run out of resources and when 5 or more jump you and they are good, you will go down eventually. I know I am not the best player like Decimus or Sypher (those guys are like kings of PvP) but i'm not terrible either.

Of course I just started playing on a console (got the PS4 console on 6/18/15, started playing 6/19/15, just PvP'ed last night for the 1st time on the PS4) and I am still working on getting good with the controls.

I do survive more and can escape pretty darn good because I have experience in the game, and because I know what works and what doesn't..

If battle leveling happens what would be the point of working hard to improve your character? Why does ZOS listen to the 'I want it NOW and I do not want to work for it' crowd? @ZOS here's an idea make a campaign for VR1-8 only like the non-vet campaign? Why should I be penalized because someone does not want to put in the time to get their character ready for Cyrodiil?
I have worked/played hard to get my CP and get my characters up to 14 so that I can survive Cyrodill and now a NOOB at VR1 will be at my same level? They have already dummied down the PvE areas so that you could do it sleeping. Now lets do it to PvP.
Battle levelling already happens. As it stands right now, a Level 49 has a better chance in Cyrodiil than a VR3, because the Lvl 49 is battle-levelled and the VR3 isn't. This is just making sure the battle levelling doesn't randomly stop when you hit VR1.

Also, in futur, they plan to battle levelled VR1-13 until VR14 but only with green gear power.
    Optimization still exist.

I will wait and see. The problem with battle leveling is the distribution of stats. Everyone looks at battle leveled players and sees high stamina and high magicka combined. What most forget is regeneration and other stats. If the new battle leveling continues the same way (without distinction in regards to build), it may very well fail - people running around with equally high regeneration stats in all three attributes have a high potential to be overpowered. If they mess it up again and give the battle leveled players low regeneration in all three attributes, most if not all players will choose to disable it because they still get more from it if they use their native values because it is more customized.

The only possible way out of it as I see it is to make a "high" and a "low" stat, with the high being the one which has more attribute points assigned. Health gets universally scaled in the same way.

My battle leveled imperial non vet has 31k health, 17k magicka and 18k stamina. My decked out V14 currently runs with 20k health, 9k magicka and 20k stamina. Nonetheless there is an insurmountable difference between them - because of regen stats (and weapon damage). Unless you factor in in some way the specialisation of the respective char, scaling for veteran ranks will be a big can of fail.

VR2, without proper gear, been ganked, one shot you name it. Hell i fought an enemy with sticks and skirts popping only light attacks after deflecting meteor. L2P the hard way, learned what to, what not to, and don't. Keep myself near to groups. And support. Even KS. Frustrated? No, now that I know what to do.

Can't we just go to a matchmaking system where it gathers champ points and vr lvls and even them out too accommodate low lvl players I will tell you peronally when you spend as much time as some do playing and they nerf cps a lot of people dedicated to this game would feel betrayed and fed up I would say it's like all that time playing was wasted and you would still expect these veteran players to continue knowing there was no point.

Yeah. Low lvls get scaled to V14 stats in PvP now. You're limited with abilities, set pieces etc but you can stand a chance.

My sorc at level 3 (when IC kicked) was fine mostly. Min max build, crafted sets, around 100 CP.

Higher ranked players have put more time into the game, why shouldn't there be a gap in stats and strength?

In a future patch we plan on allowing Veteran Rank players to opt into Battle-leveling if they want to which will help with the power gap. Besides that, the combat team is aware of the disparity between Vet 14 and Vet 1 players and looking to make that less painful.

Or how about player quest/grind and get their level and stats up to compete. You know, like the v16s did.

It's an mmo, not call of duty. Stop catering to the "entitled".

Even at Vet 16 its a challenge to compete with some people in pvp due to the amount of hard to get sets they've farmed that work perfectly with their large pools of champion points.

I've seen people with 89% crit chances that have so much base physical weapon damage that a simple skill like surprise attack can one shot kill a full health player or at the very least three shot.

I really should L2P but alas I don't do my crafting, I have a friend who makes me stuff if I bring the mats. 1900 weapon damage doesn't cut it in pvp I've found but alas atm I can't do much better.
